We took our 100 year old peanut brittle recipe and decided to update this long lost favorite candy. 

 

So we tried adding craft beer in replacement of water, and it worked amazingly!

 

The alcohol cooks out but the craft beer flavors stay in. Craft beer is so popular and a favorite of ours and as luck would have it, the flavor combination between the brittle and the craft beer, complimented each other beyond our expectations.
