Shipping Information
Our chocolate is always fresh, so please allow for a 72-hour processing time. Orders will be shipped via UPS, and we do not ship on weekends to avoid heat damage to the products. Consequently, orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the week. Please remember that our confections are for purchase only on our website or in-store.
For in-store pick-up, simply place your order online, and your package will be ready at the front of the store within 2 hours during regular business hours. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Please note that we do not hold orders for an extended period; you have 48 hours collect your order. If it is not picked up within this time, you will receive a refund, and the items will return to inventory.
